1) Who we are

We operate our community using WordPress and the PeepSo community platform (with optional integrations).
2) Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region).
- Provide accurate registration data and keep it updated.
- You’re responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account.
- We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
3) Community Guidelines
You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. Prohibited behavior includes harassment, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, CSAM, doxxing, illegal activity, malware/fraud, spam, deceptive practices, IP infringement, and content that poses safety risks. We may update and enforce the Guidelines at our discretion.
4) User content & license
4.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of content you post or upload (“User Content”).
4.2 License to us
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, cache, index, reproduce, publish, display, perform, adapt, translate, create derivative works from (formatting/display only), distribute, and otherwise use your User Content as necessary to operate, promote, and improve the Services. This license ends when you delete your content, except where it’s been shared by others, stored in rolling backups for a limited time, or retention is legally required.
4.3 Public vs. private
Public content (feeds, comments) may be visible to others and indexed by search engines. Private messages are intended to be private; admins may access content only when required for safety, legal, or technical reasons under strict access controls.
4.4 Your responsibilities
You warrant you have the rights to post your content and that it doesn’t violate law or third-party rights.
5) Intellectual property
The Services (design, text, graphics, logos, software, compilations) are owned by us or licensors and protected by IP laws. Except as expressly granted, no license is provided. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or derive works from the Services unless permitted by law.
6) Acceptable use
- Don’t violate laws or regulations.
- Don’t harass, threaten, or harm others; don’t incite violence.
- Don’t post illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, or sexually exploitative content.
- Don’t upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the Services.
- Don’t scrape or harvest data except as permitted (robots.txt) or with written permission.
- Don’t impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation.
- Don’t use bots/scripts to create accounts or perform actions without permission.
- Don’t circumvent moderation, privacy settings, or access limits.
7) AI & generated features
- Uses: safety/moderation, search, recommendations, translations, summarization, transcription, creator tools.
- Data handling: content you post or report may be processed by AI; we minimize personal data, apply access controls, and use self-hosted or reputable providers under DPAs.
- No training without consent: we do not allow providers to train foundation models on your personal data for their own purposes without your explicit consent.
- Accuracy: AI can be wrong. Don’t treat outputs as professional advice.
- Automated decisions: no solely automated decisions with legal/similar significant effects; human review is available.
- Opt-out: you may request to disable AI personalization where feasible; safety/abuse detection remains active.
8) Privacy
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, covering collection, use, storage, security, cookies, AI processing, export/erasure tools, and your rights.
9) Virtual currency, points & tokens
- Points/badges/tokens are not legal tender, have no cash value, and are non-transferable unless we say otherwise.
- Rules for accrual/redemption may change; we may revoke or discontinue at any time.
- You have no property interest in points/tokens.
If we introduce blockchain-backed tokens or paid features, we’ll publish additional terms.
10) Payments, subscriptions & refunds
- Pricing/taxes: shown at checkout; taxes/fees may apply.
- Billing: you authorize charges to your selected method.
- Auto-renewal: disclosed at checkout; cancel before renewal to avoid future charges.
- Refunds: unless stated otherwise or required by law, all sales are final. Event purchases may have specific policies.
- Chargebacks: fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension/termination.
11) Events, wellness & physical activities
- Assumption of risk: participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
- No medical advice: content/activities are not medical advice; consult professionals as needed.
- Third-party organizers: some events are run by independent organizers; we are not responsible for their acts/omissions.
- Rules: follow venue instructions, local laws, and safety protocols.
12) Third-party services & links
We’re not responsible for third-party sites/services or their privacy/security practices. Your use of them is governed by their terms and policies.
13) Changes to the Services
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or the Services at any time, with or without notice, without liability. We may impose limits or restrict access.
14) Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations, risk, legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Services. Sections intended to survive (e.g., 4–5, 8, 11–20) will continue to apply.
15) Disclaimers
THE SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation or that content is accurate/complete.
16) DMCA / IP notices
To report copyright infringement, send: (1) signature; (2) work and infringing material identification; (3) contact info; (4) good-faith statement; (5) accuracy/authority statement under penalty of perjury.

We may remove or disable access to alleged infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.
17) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES/OFFICERS/EMPLOYEES/AGENTS/PARTNERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION). OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (B) EUR €50. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limits; some terms may not apply.
18) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use, User Content, breach of these Terms, or violation of others’ rights.
19) International use & compliance
You’re responsible for complying with local laws. We don’t represent the Services are appropriate or available in every jurisdiction.
20) Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, except mandatory consumer protection laws of your EEA/UK residence may apply. Venue is the courts located in Portugal, subject to any consumer law exceptions allowing you to bring claims in your home courts.
21) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new effective date and, where required, provide additional notice. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
22) Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement: these Terms, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any feature-specific terms.
- Severability: invalid provisions won’t affect the remainder.
- No waiver: failure to enforce isn’t a waiver.
- Assignment: you can’t assign without consent; we may assign during merger/acquisition/sale.
- Electronic communications: you consent to receive communications electronically.
- Beta features: provided “as is,” may change or be withdrawn, may log usage for diagnostics.
