As we step into a new day, it’s important to pause and set an intention that aligns with how we want to feel and act. This morning, let’s begin with a gentle practice to help ground ourselves and activate our energy.
Take a moment for a 3-breath reset. Find a comfortable position, close your eyes if you like, and inhale deeply through your nose for a count of four. Hold for a moment. Then exhale gently through your mouth for a count of six. Repeat this two more times, feeling your body settle and your mind clear.
After the breaths, consider a tiny actionable intention for the day. Perhaps you want to pause before responding in conversations or take a moment to appreciate small things around you. Choose one that resonates.
As you move through the day, reflect on this question: How can I bring this intention into my actions today?
